Artwork, Products & Pricing
Original artwork and Coastal Creations are individually created pieces and are subject to availability. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed.
Prices may change without notice. Sharon Durgom Art reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, when necessary, cancel an affected order and issue a full refund.
Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork, prints, colors, textures, dimensions, framing, and other product details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on device or monitor settings. Texture, metallic gold accents, gold foil, dimensional elements, and other surface details may also appear differently depending on lighting and viewing angle.
Orders & Payment
Sharon Durgom Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled. If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled by Sharon Durgom Art, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Returns, Damages & Shipping
Purchases are subject to the Returns & Damages Policy and Shipping Policy posted on this website.
Original Artwork, Coastal Creations, commissioned artwork, personalized artwork, and prints are final sale except in circumstances described in the Returns & Damages Policy, including items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, framing information, and other details carefully before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, designs, text, logos, graphics, and other original content appearing on this website remain the property of Sharon Durgom Art unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of an original artwork, Coastal Creation, or print transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights.
