Coastal Creations Fish

This fish is a colorful new piece from my Coastal Creations collection.

It began in an unexpected place—my dried artist paint palette. I save the colorful layers of dried paint left behind as I work, then break them apart and give them a completely new life in these one-of-a-kind coastal pieces.

The fragments come together in a wonderfully textured mix of turquoise, pink, coral, yellow, green, black and metallic gold. His sweeping fins, expressive eye and irregular patches of color give it a personality all its own.

The dimensional fish sits against a vibrant turquoise background that feels instantly coastal and makes the layers of color and gold stand out.

At 6" x 6", this fish is a fun little original for a bookshelf, small easel, gallery wall or that perfect little spot that needs a splash of coastal color.

And because its colors and patterns came directly from my dried paint palette, there will never be another fish exactly like this one.
