Coastal Creation Fish 

A colorful fish takes center stage in this 8" x 10" original from my Coastal Creations collection, created from pieces of my own dried artist paint palette.

I save the layers and fragments of dried paint left behind as I work, then cut, shape and arrange them by hand to create something entirely new. The unpredictable colors and markings in the palette mean that every Coastal Creation develops its own personality—and can never be duplicated.

This fish is filled with a lively mix of turquoise, aqua, coral, pink, yellow, green and white, with touches of metallic gold running through the layers. Three tiny fish swim beneath, adding a playful detail and a sense of movement to the composition.

The colorful dimensional artwork is set against a crisp white canvas and finished with a slender gold border. The artwork is created on a 1½"-deep gallery-wrapped canvas, with the sides hand-painted in metallic gold for a finished look from every angle. It can be displayed as-is, with no additional framing needed.

At 8" x 10", it's substantial enough to stand beautifully on its own while still being an easy size for a gallery wall, bookshelf or small easel.

Because every colorful fragment comes from my actual dried paint palette, this is a one-of-a-kind original that cannot be exactly recreated.
